TO USE THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE SERVICE YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH ALL SIGNATORIES EMAIL ADDRESSES AND MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS DURING YOUR APPLICATION.

Once we have validated the information on your application and confirmed your eligibility, you and all required signing authorities will receive your completed application form, facility letter and any other associated documents to sign electonically. The online electronic signature service is provided by our partners DocuSign, Inc.

 

 

How DocuSign works

 

  • All required signing authorities will receive an email containing a link to the DocuSign system
  • You and all required signing authorities will also receive an SMS text message from us containing an Authentication Code
  • When you key the Authentication Code into the DocuSign system, you will be able to access all related documents
  • Once you have access, DocuSign then guides you through all the documents and you can electronically sign these
  • Once that’s all done, it just a matter of clicking the ‘FINISHED’ button and your signed documents are sent back to us – in a matter of seconds

When we receive the signed forms your loan will be processed (within normal business hours) and your money will be available to you the following banking day.
