How does 'Quick Pay' work
The Quick Pay menu on the accounts overview screen allows you to choose to pay up to 10 of your saved payees / billers quickly and within a few taps.
To add any of your saved payees/billers to this menu, simply tap on the
symbol to choose a saved payee / biller you want to add.
On the Payees screen you can designate the account you want to be debited when you make a quick pay payment.

How to manage my existing payees on the App
On the Payees screen you can:
- edit a payees or billers name.
- add a photo for a payee to help make it easier to identify the payee quickly.
- delete a payee / biller using the Mobile App if you no longer want to pay this person/company.
Simply follow the on-screen instructions. -
How to add another UK account to pay
You can make one off payments to a new payee via the App. For security reasons there is a daily limit of £1000 to pay someone new. You cannot save new payees on the Mobile App.
If you are planning to pay someone regularly, you should set up a new payee via Online Banking using a Card Reader. Once completed you will be able to pay up to £15,000 daily to this payee though the Mobile App.

How to add a biller to pay
You can only pay to saved bills using the Mobile App.
To make a one off bill payment or to pay a bill regularly, you should set up the new biller via Online Banking using a Card Reader. Once completed you will be able to pay up to £15,000 daily to this bill though the Mobile App.

How to reorder my payees
You can reorder how your payees appear on the Quick Pay menu and on the payees list.
Simply tap and hold the
icon beside the payee and then drag up or down the screen to reorder these.
