How do I change my address or phone number?
Changing your address
To change your address, call us on 0345 793 000. Once you login, choose option zero (0) to speak to one of our Customer Service Adviser. Our advisers are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday. You will need a Card Reader to complete this.
Alternatively visit a branch or put this request in writing to us at AIB (NI), 92 Ann Street, Belfast, County Antrim, BT1 3HH.

How to I stop receiving paper statements
You can stop your paper statement on your eligible accounts via Online Banking.
Just four simple steps, all you need is your Online Banking login details and your mobile phone number.
Step 1. Log into Online Banking
Step 2. Choose ‘Statements & Fees’ from the ‘Accounts’ menu
Step 3. Select the ‘X’ beside the account you wish to stop paper statements for or select ‘Stop all paper statements’ and follow the on screen instructions.
Step 4. Confirm your mobile number.You will receive a text message each time a new eStatement is available to view simply login to Online Banking or the Mobile App.

How does 'Add account' and 'Hide account' work
This feature allows you do 'add' or 'remove' any other accounts you hold with us to view on your Mobile App or Online Banking.
Add accounts
For credit cards you will need your 16 digit AIB Credit Card number.
For branch accounts you will need your AIB NSC/Sort Code and Account Number.
If you experience any difficulties, call us on 0345 793 000. Once you login, choose option zero (0) to speak to one of our Customer Service Advisers. Our advisers are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday.
Remove accounts
Select the account you want to remove from the dropdown option and follow the on-screen instructions.
