We've updated our Online Services terms and conditions from 25 May 2018
Why did we do this?
We made changes to our Online Services terms and conditions to include information about stopping your paper statements.
This had previously been available within Online Banking as a standalone condition for customers who had opted to stop their paper statements.
We have taken the opportunity to merge these conditions to make this information available to all customers and to make it easier to understand.
You can now find these conditions within Sections 7 & 8 ('Information on Account balances and statements' & 'Stopping Paper Statements') which are located on pages 7 & 8 of the Online Services terms and conditions. You can view and download this document below as well as via our Online Banking service and Mobile Banking app.
