Phoneline Banking
You can hear a reminder of your existing Debit Card PIN using Phoneline Banking. Call 0345 793 0000 and log in using your Registration Number & PAC. Select option 3 from the Phone Banking menu and follow the instructions to hear your PIN.
Online Banking

Online Banking
If you need to change your Credit Card address, you can do so via Online Banking. You need a Card Reader to complete this process.
Visit a branch
You can visit your nearest branch to change your Credit Card address.
Write to us
You can write to us to change your Credit Card address. Post your request to AIB (NI), Card Services, PO Box 333, Belfast, BT1 3FT. Don't forget to include your card number and to sign the letter.

Help with requesting a limit change on your Credit Card
There are several different ways you can request a limit change on your Credit Card.
Online Banking
You can request a Credit Card limit change via Online Banking. You need a Card Reader to complete this process.
Call us
You can contact our Card Services team on 028 9024 1822 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Sundy to request a limit change to your credit card.
