Offer Validity

Offers of advance for all mortgages are valid for a period of six months from the date of offer subject to the loan offer being signed and returned within 28 days.

Mortgage offers may be extended on a case by case basis. Where extension is allowed, the broker may be required to provide evidence that the applicant's financial position has not deteriorated and that the mortgage remains affordable.
