How to transfer your customer onto another mortgage product with AIB (NI)

If, on expiry of their current mortgage product, your customer chooses to retain their mortgage with us, here is what you need to do:

1. Contact us – you can contact our Mortgage Customer Service team on 02890 826170.

2. Determine a suitable product for your customer - you can find our rates here

3. Complete a Product Transfer Application Form - return using our encrypted email service to mortgage.business@aib.ie.

You can also return by post to:

4. Your customer will move onto their chosen product on expiry of their current product.
