Skilled and Health & Care Worker Visa Guidance
- Resided in the UK for minimum of 6 months at point of offer
- Minimum 12 months remaining on acceptable Visa at time of application
- Applicants from an acceptable professional background, to include IT professionals and Medical professional including nursing staff
- Customers subject to acceptable Visa must provide acceptable documentation to support residency status
- Maximum LTV of 85% for application who has resided in UK>1 yr, Maximum LTV of 80% for applications from customer who have resided in UK<1yr.
- Minimum salary of acceptable Visa holder of minimum £41,700 per annum
- Evidence of no probation to be provided
- Customer contributing the deposit from own resources (ie not gifted) – a small portion of a gift may be acceptable, but the majority of the funds must come from customers own resources
- Benefits including Child Benefit must not be used to support affordability
- Self Builds not available, and any further advances capped at max LTV as above
- All other lending rules apply
