Guide to mandate completion

• Download the correct mandate for your business/entity type
• Complete the mandate following the instructions detailed on the form
• Ensure that all sections of form are completed
• We may require evidence of identity and permanent address for signatories/directors/chairperson/secretary/authorised officials depending on the business entity type.  Email csmanagement@aib.ie or call the customer service team on 03456005925 who will be able to advise you of the requirements.
• The name of the business/entity detailed on the mandate must exactly match our records.  If you are unsure, contact us on 03456005925 to speak to the customer service team or email csmanagement@aib.ie. 
• Ensure that all signatories to account have read the Data Protection Notice
• Bring the completed mandate into your nearest Branch or post directly to AIB NI , 92 Ann Street , Belfast BT1 3HH. 
• If applicable, Identification and proof of address should be provided in person at your nearest Branch.  If you cannot provide your documents in person,  please contact us on 03456005925 to speak to the customer service team or email csmanagement@aib.ie for guidance. 
• If you also have Internet Business Banking (iBB), please ensure that you update your iBB Resolution if it is affected by the changes to your Account Mandate, click iBB Application Forms and Resolutions to take you to a new iBB Resolution form to complete and return with your new Account Mandate
• If you need to give access to a new Local Administrator or Payment Authoriser signatories to your iBB facility – please download the following form Add/Amend a Local Administrator or Payments Authoriser form and return to us at: AIB NI , 92 Ann Street, Belfast, BT1 3HH
