Customers wishing to collect coin orders from Donegall Square North branch are restricted to a maximum of £200 per day.

Please note that you can also obtain change via your local Post Office. To avail of this new service please contact your AIB branch, or Relationship Manager and we will make the necessary arrangements with your selected Post Office outlet.

Orders placed before 5 pm will be available for collection the next working day between hours of 10am-12pm only. Coin orders cannot be collected after 12.00 pm.

Payment can be made on collection by Cash/Notes or Debit from an AIB (NI) account.
