How do I unlock my Digipass?

If your Digipass displays the message ‘LOW BATTERY’ it means that you have about 20% of life left in the device. This should last another 3-6 months however you should order a new Digipass using the 'Order Digipass' button that is visible once you have entered your User ID on the login page and pressed continue.

Important:

Your Digipass will be deactivated IMMEDIATELY when a new one is ordered, so make sure you won’t need to use your Digipass for at least another 7 working days as you will not be able to until your new one arrives.

Don't try to change the battery, as this will disable the Digipass completely.
