How do I make a CHAPs Payment

A CHAPS payment allows you to make same day value payments to other UK financial institutions

Go to the Payments option on the left hand side menu, click on UK Domestic and CHAPS payment and enter the requested information on screen

You will need to confirm your request with your Digipass.

To check the status of your payment, click on Payment Logs.

For payment cut off times, go to the Payment Information menu in iBB and click on Domestic Payments or click here to view them now.
