AIB are partnering with Workplus in 2024 after the success of AIB's initial cohort of apprentices, there are even more opportunities for 2024!
This is an amazing opportunity for people who want to develop their skills and kickstart an exciting career in banking. Apprentices get a real insight into how we bring purpose to life for our customers through on the job experience and skill-building. They can earn money while rotating into workplace settings that reflect career aspirations.
During NI Apprenticeship Week, we’re hosting an Open Night in Ann street Belfast with Workplus on Tuesday 6 February. This special event will be an opportunity to find out more about the AIB apprenticeship programme and to hear from current apprentices.
