I cancelled a subscription but I am still being charged, is there anything I can do to get my money back?


You should send us proof that you cancelled this subscription before these charges occurred. You can send this to charge.back@aib.ie. Unfortunately, due to the strict timeframes of the Visa dispute process, we will only be able to assist you with more recent charges (this may be a problem if the charges go back for some time).
