How do I order/replace a credit card?

Mobile Banking
To report your credit or debit card lost or stolen simply log in to your Mobile Bankingg app and click 'Cards' options.

Online Banking
To order a replacement credit card, log in to Online Banking and select the 'Manage my Cards' option, then select the appropriate card and a number of options will be displayed alongside including Replacement Card.
If you want to access your AIB (NI) credit card but cannot currently view this on Online Banking, please call our Phoneline Banking Service on 0345 793 0000†, log in and choose option 0 to speak to a Customer Service Adviser. Our advisers are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).

To order a replacement credit card, call our Card Services team on 028 9024 1822.
Please have your credit card number ready. Your existing PIN is still valid with your replacement card.
Note: If your card is due to expire this month, a new one will automatically issue mid month.
If you do not hold a AIB (NI) credit card and want to apply for one, please contact one of our Sales team on 0800 38 22 65 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
