How do I order/replace a Visa debit card?

To report your credit or debit card lost or stolen simply log in to your Mobile Banking app and click 'Cards' options.

Speak to a customer service adviser
Please contact our Card Services team on 028 9033 0099 who will be happy to order a new or replacement Visa debit card for you.
You will need your account number or Visa debit card number for a replacement card. Your existing PIN will still be valid with your replacement card.
NOTE: If your card is due to expire this month, a new one will automatically issue mid month. -
Visit a branch
Drop into any AIB Branch with suitable photographic identification and your account/debit card number.
