I have just received my Personal Access Code (PAC) in the post. What do I do now?

 

Speak to a customer service adviser

If you have received your Personal Access Code (PAC) by post you must activate it before logging on to any of our Online Services.

Simply call our Phoneline Banking Service on 0345 793 0000†, choose hash (#) to speak to a Customer Service Adviser. Our advisers are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) and they will be happy to activate your Personal Access Code.

Note: please destroy your Personal Access Code (PAC) once you have memorised it.
