How do I order foreign currency?

Speak to a customer service adviser
Contact your branch on 0345 6005 925† to pre-order the currency you require. Your branch can then advise you when your currency will be available for collection. Please note, AIB (NI) will only buy or sell foreign currency notes from existing AIB (NI) customers.

Visit a branch
Drop into any AIB branch, during opening hours*, where you may be able to order and collect the currency you require, during one visit. However, although your branch will hold a stock of the most popular currencies, it is always better to pre-order to guarantee availability, especially in the case of larger quantities.
