Can I cancel a bill payment which I have already made?

No, bill payments which you have made on Online, Mobile or Phoneline Banking cannot be cancelled once the funds have debited your account.

If you have forward dated a bill payment for a future date, we may be able to cancel it for you.  Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 793 0000†, log in and choose option zero (0) and one of our Customer Service Advisers will be happy to help with your request. Our advisers are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).
