Speak to a customer service adviser
Call 0345 600 5925† between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
A Customer Service adviser will be able to assist you to complete a credit payment recovery claim form** once you have completed the standard security checks.
**Credit Payment Recovery (CPR) is an agreed industry process used by banks to assist in the recovery of payments made in error, which attempts to be consistent across all banks and fair to all parties, whilst noting that recovery of funds IS NOT GUARANTEED. Although CPR does not guarantee recovery, it ensures that customers and banks know the outcome of their claim within a maximum of 20 working days.
