Where can I see all the payments I have made?

Mobile Banking
Log in to Mobile Banking and select the account you wish to view. This will show your recent transactions.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Payment logs'. This will show outgoing payments you have made.
You can view the last 100 transactions or transactions from the last six months whichever is the lesser.
You can download the AIB (NI) Mobile Banking app from the Google PlayTM or Apple App store.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and select the account you wish to view by clicking on it from the list under 'My Accounts'. The 'Recent Transactions' screen will open and you can view the last 100 lines of transactions or transactions from the last six months whichever is shortest.
To see pending debit card transactions on your account, click 'Pending' towards the top of the 'Recent Transaction' screen.
To see all of the payments you have made through Online, Mobile or Phoneline Banking, click on 'Pay & Transfer' at the top of the screen and then 'Payment History'.

Call 028 9034 6034 between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. A Customer Service adviser will be happy to provide details of the payments you have made when you have completed the standard security checks.
