Important Security Update


You will see a new look when you log into your Online Banking, and again when we ask you for your PAC (Personal Access Code) on Online Banking and the AIB (NI) Mobile app.

This change was part of a security update and it will ensure your Online Services have an extra layer of security.

Please remember: we will never contact you by email, text or phone asking for a code. These codes are the most secure way for money to leave your account. Never share them with anyone.
