Transfer Money FAQs
How do I transfer money?
You can transfer money between your own accounts or to a UK bank or building society account by selecting ‘Between My Accounts’ or ‘To Another UK Account’. When you make a one-off transfer to new account details you are offered the choice to save these as a ‘Payee’ for the future.
Before you select ’Confirm’ to complete your transfer, make sure the details you have entered are correct. Once confirmed, the funds will go out of your AIB (NI) account immediately.
- If you are transferring money to a AIB (NI) account, the funds will go into that account immediately.
