We are proud to be a Jam Card Friendly organisation.
The JAM card provides people with learning difficulties or communication barriers with a discreet, non-verbal way of asking for a minute of patience when they need it.
JAM Card holders can show their JAM card or app in any of our branches across Northern Ireland. Card Holders can feel confident that staff in our branches are trained to help support them and to offer a service to meet their individual needs.
This initiative has been set up in partnership with charity NOW Group and allows us to support all our customers with their banking needs.
