How do I add one of my own AIB (NI) accounts to access through Online, Mobile & Phoneline Banking?

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen and select 'Add an Account' from the drop down list.
You can add the following account types to view online:
* AIB branch account
* Credit card accounts
* AIB (NI) finance accounts (except leasing products)To add a branch account you will need to know the sort code, account number and account name. To add a credit card you will need to have the card number.
Any eligible accounts you have added on Online Banking will become available to you on both Mobile and Phoneline Banking immediately.

Speak to a customer service adviser
If you use Mobile or Phoneline Banking only and cannot add these accounts through the Online Banking service, simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 793 0000†, log in and choose option zero (0) and one of our Customer Service Advisers will be happy to help you. Our advisers are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).
