How do I check the recent transactions on my account?

Mobile Banking
Log in to Mobile Banking and click on the account you wish to view from the ‘Accounts’ screen. The next screen will show your recent transactions.
You can download the AIB (NI) Mobile Banking app from the Google PlayTM or Apple App store.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and select the account to wish to view by clicking on it from the list under 'My Accounts'.
The Recent Transactions screen will open and you can view the last 100 lines of transactions or transactions from the last six months whichever is shortest.
NB: For Select Savings accounts, you will be able to view 50 lines of transactions and 22 lines of transactions on your Credit Card account.
eStatements will be available online for up to seven years for bank accounts. You will be able to view your Credit Card eStatements issued on or after 6 November 2014 for up to seven years. For more information on eStatements please see Manage My Statements and Fees.

Phoneline Banking
Call 0345 793 0000† and log in to Phoneline Banking.
Press 1 for balance and transaction information and follow the steps to obtain more detail on the recent transactions on your account. -
Speak to a customer service adviser
Call 0345 6005 925† between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. A Customer Service Adviser will be able to give you details of the recent transactions on your account, once you have completed some standard security checks.

Visit a Branch
Drop into any AIB branch, where a member of staff will be able to advise you of the recent transactions on your account.

AIB (NI) cash machines
You can view the last five transactions on your account at any AIB (NI) cash machine using your AIB (NI) Visa debit card and PIN.
