How do I view/see the pending transactions on my account?

Mobile Banking
Log in to Mobile Banking and click on the account you wish to see the 'Pending Transactions' on.
The next screen will show the recent and pending transactions on your account. If pending transactions are available on that account they will be displayed above the recent transactions.
You can download the AIB (NI) Mobile Banking app from the Google PlayTM or Apple App store.

Online Banking
Log into Online Banking and select ‘Recent Transactions’ from the ‘Accounts’ drop down menu. Once the ‘Recent Transactions’ screen appears your ‘Pending Transactions’ will be displayed at the top of the page.
You can change the account displayed by using the drop down menu on the top right hand corner of the page.

Phoneline Banking
Call 0345 793 0000† and log in to Phoneline Banking.
Press 1 for balance and transaction information and follow the steps to obtain further details on your pending transactions.

Speak to a customer service adviser
Call 028 9034 6034 between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. A Customer Service adviser will be able to provide details of the pending transactions on your account, once you have completed the standard security checks.
