A customer service adviser will be able to assist you with your query, once you have completed the standard security checks.
If your query is about a Debit or Credit card transaction or you want to dispute a transaction relating to your card, please contact our Card Services team:
Debit cards - 028 9033 0099 (24 hours)
Credit cards - 028 9024 1822 (24 hours)
If you have a query about an Online, Mobile or Phoneline Banking transaction, please call Phoneline Banking on 0345 793 0000†, log in and choose option zero (0) and one of our Customer Service Advisers will be happy to help you. Our advisers are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).
For all other account or transaction queries, please contact our Customer Service advisers on 0345 6005 925† (between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.)
