How do I find out what the BIC and IBAN for my account is?

Mobile Banking
Log in to Mobile Banking. Select your account, the IBAN is displayed below the account balance. By pressing the down arrow you will also see the BIC number, Account number and Sort code.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking, you can locate your BIC and IBAN at the top of the 'Recent Transactions' screen or on your eStatement.

Paper statement
If you still receive a paper statement for your account, your BIC and IBAN are detailed within it.

Speak to a customer service adviser
Call 0345 600 5925† between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. A customer service adviser will be able to advise your BIC and IBAN number, when you have completed the standard security checks.

Visit a branch
Drop into any AIB branch, with suitable photographic identification and you can request your IBAN and BIC for your account (s).
