How do I pay my credit card bill?

Mobile Banking
Log in to our Mobile app and click on Menu / Make a payment/ Pay a bill and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your request.
Please Note: Your bill reference number must be set up in order to pay the bill. If this is the first time you are paying your credit card, you will need to set this bill up as a bill payment through Online Banking.
You can download the AIB (NI) Mobile Banking app from the Google PlayTM or Apple App store.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Pay & Transfer' at the top of the screen and follow the steps to 'Pay a New Bill' or 'Pay an Existing Bill'.

Phoneline Banking
Call 0345 793 0000† and log in to Phoneline Banking.
Press 2 to Pay a Bill or Transfer Money, and follow the steps to pay your credit card bill.Please Note: Your bill reference number must be set up in order to pay the bill. If this is the first time you are paying your credit card, you will need to set this bill up as a bill payment by completing a Phoneline Banking services form.

Visit a Branch
Drop into any AIB Branch, during opening hours*, where a member of staff will be happy to assist you with completing your request.
Note: Remember to bring the credit card payment slip from the bottom of your paper statement with you.

Speak to a customer service adviser
You can contact our Card Services team on 028 9024 1822 to set up a Direct Debit to pay your credit card.
You will need to have the sort code & account number for the account you wish the funds to debit.
Please Note: Direct Debits cannot be set up on joint accounts over the telephone; both parties will be required to sign the direct debit mandate which can be issued at the time of the call. -
By post
Complete the payment slip at the bottom of your bill and post it with a cheque/postal order made payable to AIB (NI) in the envelope provided. Please remember to write your credit card number on the reverse of the cheque and allow sufficient time for your payment to reach us by the due date.
Please do not send cash through the post.
