How do I remove bill payment details which I have set up on Online Banking?

Mobile Banking
Log in to Mobile Banking and click ‘Pay & Transfer’ from the menu and select 'Payees'. The option to ‘delete’ is under each payee.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click on ‘Pay & Transfer’ from the top of the screen. Then select 'Payees' from the drop down menu. The option to ‘delete’ is to the right of the screen.

Phoneline Banking
Print and complete a Phoneline Banking Services Form and forward to the Freepost address detailed on the form.
Forms are available at www.aibni.co.uk/onlinebanking or from your nearest AIB branch*.
