I have forgotten my PAC (Personal Access Code) or registration number. What should I do?

Registration Number

If you have forgotten your Online Services Registration Number you can receive a reminder of this online by clicking on the Forgot your login details link available on the Online Banking login page. Simply follow the on screen instructions to receive a reminder of your Registration Number.

Personal Access Code (PAC)

If you have forgotten your PAC, you will need to talk to one of our Customer Service Advisers by calling 0345 793 0000 or +44 289 034 6034 when calling from abroad and pressing hash (#). Our advisers are available between between Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 17:00 (including Bank Holidays).
Registration Number

If you have forgotten your Online Services Registration Number you can receive a reminder using the 'Trouble logging in?' link available on the Mobile Banking app login page. Simply follow the on screen instructions to receive a reminder of your Registration Number.
