I have forgotten my PAC (Personal Access Code) or registration number. What should I do?

Registration Number
If you have forgotten your Online Services Registration Number you can receive a reminder of this online by clicking on the Forgot your login details link available on the Online Banking login page. Simply follow the on screen instructions to receive a reminder of your Registration Number.
Personal Access Code (PAC)
If you have forgotten your PAC, you will need to talk to one of our Customer Service Advisers by calling 0345 793 0000 and pressing hash (#). Our advisers are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays).

Mobile Banking
If you have forgotten your Online Banking login details and are unable to access these services you can get back online in minutes using the 'Trouble logging in?' link available on the Mobile Banking app login page. Simply follow the on screen instructions to receive a reminder of your Registration Number and/or select a new Personal Access Code (PAC).
