How do I change my Personal Access Code (PAC) ?

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen. Select 'Change PAC' and follow the instructions on the screen.
Remember: your Personal Access Code (PAC) should never be written down or disclosed to anyone else.

Phoneline Banking
You can change your Personal Access Code (PAC) by calling Phoneline Banking on 0345 793 0000†. You should have a new Personal Access Code (PAC) in mind.
Log in to Phoneline Banking using your existing Personal Access Code (PAC). After you have entered your log in details, select option 3 from the main Phone Banking menu and then select option 3 to change your Personal Access Code (PAC). Follow the prompts to change your PAC.
Remember: your Personal Access Code (PAC) should never be written down or disclosed to anyone else.
