How do I log in to Online, Mobile and Phoneline Banking?

Mobile Banking

To access Mobile Banking download AIB (NI)’s Mobile Banking App from Google Play^TM or Apple App store.

To log in to Mobile Banking you will need to enter your eight digit registration number and all five digits of your Personal Access Code (PAC) during initial set up of the App. For every subsequent log in on that device you will only need to enter five digits from your PAC.
Online Banking

To log in to Online Banking, either select 'Personal Log In' from the top of this screen or type www.aibni.co.uk/onlinebanking to go directly to the Online Services log in page.

Click 'Online Banking Log In' and enter your eight-digit registration number on the next page, then select 'Next'.

Enter all five digits of your Personal Access Code (PAC).

Tip: Bookmark this site to make it even easier to use the Online Banking website in the future. Go to ‘Favourites’ at the top of the screen and then choose ‘Add to Favourites’.
