How do I order a PIN Reminder for my Visa debit card?

Online Banking

Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen.

Select 'Manage my Cards', My Debit Cards' and 'Pin Reminder'.
Phoneline Banking

Call 0345 793 0000† and log in to Phoneline Banking.

Select option 3 from the Phone Banking menu, then select option 1 for ‘PIN retrieval on your personal visa debit card’ and follow the instructions to hear your PIN.
