How do I register for Online, Mobile and Phoneline Banking?

Speak to a customer service adviser
To register for Online Services, simply call our Phoneline Banking service on 0345 793 0000†, and choose hash (#) to speak to a Customer Service Adviser. Our advisers are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) and they will be happy to complete your registration. The registration process only takes a few minutes and you can start using Online, Mobile and Phoneline Banking immediately.

Obtain a registration form from www.aibni.co.uk/register
Complete and return the form to the freepost address provided. You will receive your registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC) by post in three to five banking days.

Visit a branch
Drop into any AIB branch and visit our Quick Banking wall to register via the Quick Banking telephone. The registration process only takes a few minutes and you can start using the service immediately.
