How do I register for Online, Mobile and Phoneline Banking?

• Speak to a customer service adviser

  To register for Online Services, simply call our Phoneline Banking service on 0345 793 0000†, and choose hash (#) to speak to a Customer Service Adviser.  Our advisers are available between Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 17:00 (including Bank Holidays) and they will be happy to complete your registration.  The registration process only takes a few minutes and you can start using Online, Mobile and Phoneline Banking immediately.

  Obtain a registration form from www.aibni.co.uk/register

  Complete and return the form to the freepost address provided.  You will receive your registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC) by post in three to five banking days. 

• Visit a branch

  Drop into any AIB branch and visit our Quick Banking wall to register via the Quick Banking telephone.  The registration process only takes a few minutes and you can start using the service immediately.
