How do I update my personal details?

Online Banking
To update your personal details, log into Online Banking and select ’My Details’ from the ’Services & Settings’ drop down menu. You can change your home, mobile and work phone numbers, as well as your contact email address. You will need your Card Reader to do this.
You cannot change your address via ’My Details’ but if you are registered for Online Services (Online, Mobile and Phoneline Banking) you can change your address over the phone if you have a Card Reader. Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 793 0000†, log in and choose option zero (0) and we’ll be happy to help you. We are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Visit a branch
Drop in to any AIB branch, during opening hours*, with suitable ID and a member of staff will be happy to assist you complete your request.
