How do I change the issue date of my eStatements?

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click ‘Services & Settings’, then select ‘My Messages’. You will be directed to the ‘My Messages’ home page. Select ‘New Query’ and include the following information in your request:
- Sort Code and Account Number
- Your preferred statement frequency (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually)
Unfortunately we are unable to amend the date that your statement is delivered.
