How do I order a duplicate statement?

To print a duplicate statement, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Online Banking and click 'Accounts' from the top of the screen.
2. Select 'eStatements' from the drop down menu.
3. Click the eStatement icon next to the account you wish to view.
4. Click 'View eStatement' for the date you wish to print.
5. When you have finished viewing your eStatement, for security, make sure you close the eStatement browser window as it will not automatically close when you log out of Online Banking.
If you need a duplicate statement for a closed account please talk to us or visit a branch. Duplicate statements for closed accounts are available for 7 years after closure.
Call a customer service adviser, who will be happy to order a duplicate statement for your Bank or Credit Card accounts.

Allow 7-10 banking days to receive your statement.

If you need a duplicate statement for a closed account please talk to us or visit a Branch. Duplicate statements for closed accounts are available for 7 years after closure.
Duplicate statements are available for 15 years if your account is open and for 7 years if your account is closed.

Call into any AIB branch with photographic identification and your account details and a member of staff will be able to help you.

If you are no longer a customer any charges for this transaction will need to be paid at the time of the request.
