Where can I view my fee advice?

• Online Banking

  Your fee advice is included at the back of your eStatement. To view your eStatement please follow the steps below:-

  1. Log in to Online Banking and click 'Accounts' from the top of the screen.
  2. Select 'eStatements' from the drop down menu.
  3. Click the eStatement icon next to the account you wish to view.
  4. Click 'View eStatement' for the date you wish to open. 
  5. Scroll down to the last page of your eStatement to view your fee advice.  
  6. When you have finished viewing your eStatement, for security, make sure you close the eStatement browser window as it will not automatically close when you log out of Online Banking.

  Your eStatements will be available for viewing online as often as you receive them by post.  

• Paper statement

  If you still get paper statements your fee advice is included at the back of your statement.
