AIB (NI) Homes: Co-Ownership Launch
AIB (NI) is offering a no-deposit mortgage option to Co-Ownership customers, putting home ownership within reach for more first-time buyers in Northern Ireland.
Through the Co-Ownership model, approved buyers will be able to borrow 100 per cent of the mortgaged share of their chosen property from AIB (NI) without the need for a deposit, removing a significant barrier for many buyers. Co-Ownership’s investment in the home also reduces the monthly costs addressing the affordability barrier that buyers may face.
The partnership is welcome news to buyers across Northern Ireland, as rising house prices continue to challenge affordability, making it harder for people to save for a deposit.
