Important changes to terms and conditions effective 7 April 2025
We are letting you know about some changes we are making to our terms and conditions to make them clearer for you. We have simplified and reordered the language and included Frequently Asked Questions. The new terms and conditions take effect on 7 April 2025.

Important changes to terms and conditions effective 9 April 2025
On 9 April 2025 we will be adding in two new clauses, and we have included the details below:
- ‘What happens if you have paid money to a fraudster’. This clause outlines some new information in relation to Authorised Push Payment (APP) Fraud.
Authorised Push Payment (APP) Fraud happens when you are tricked by a fraudster into paying money to an account that they control. You can find out some more information about APP Fraud on our website aibni.co.uk/app-fraud. - ‘Non branch lodgements’. This clause covers new ways to lodge cash to your account and we have detailed how this will impact your daily limits.
