Additional Support for Noteholders

First Trust Bank banknotes ceased to be legal currency from midnight on 30th June 2022.

We appreciate that some noteholders may need additional support to understand this change, and we promise to do all we can to ensure we support them.

In addition to our national awareness campaign, we have been proactively engaging with external partners and voluntary groups with whom we have established and trusted relationships.

Below are the voluntary groups and relevant bodies we are committed to working with to ensure we are providing the right support and advice to anyone requiring additional support through this change.
