Step 1: Provide some personal details

We'll ask you to enter your personal details and to upload Photo ID and Proof of Address documentation. You will need to ensure the documents are saved to the same device that you are completing the application form on. If you are applying on a mobile device, you can either photograph the document using the ‘Take Photo’ / ‘Camera’ option, or upload an existing photo from your Photos Library / Gallery. See here for a list of acceptable documents.

 

 Step 2: Provide some more details

Once your start your application online, we'll need a few more details from you in order to open your account so don’t go anywhere. You will also be asked for the purpose of the account including financial information and if you require any additional support.

 

 Step 3: Read account opening documentation

You will need to read the supporting documentation and complete all steps on screen in order to submit your application . A confirmation screen will appear to confirm your application has been submitted for approval.

 

 Step 4: Wait for email

Once the Bank verifies your account opening application, we will send you an email via Docusign. You must follow the steps within the email and accept the account opening documentation and return to the Bank for processing.

 

 Step 5: Almost there….

We will then provide you with your new account details. You must register for Online Banking in order to start using the account.

 

  Step 6: Wait for letter

To prove your address, we will send you a letter to the postal address that you've given us. This letter will contain your registration details for Online Banking.

 

 Step 7: Online registration completed

Once you have registered for Online Banking, you're good to go and you can lodge money to your new current account and transact online. We will send a debit card in the post and a PIN separately.
