How can I change the address on my accounts?

Phoneline Banking
If you are registered for Phone and Online Banking and you have your Card Reader, you can update your address over the phone by calling 0345 793 0000 and choose option 0. To register for Phone and Internet Online click here.

Online Banking
You can change your address on Online Banking for your AIB (NI) Credit Cards only.
Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen, then select 'Manage My Cards' from the drop down list.
Select the credit card you wish to change the address on by clicking on the chevron and then select 'Change Credit Card Address' from the menu.
Note: You will need your card reader to complete this request.

Visit a branch
Drop in to any AIB branch with suitable ID during opening hours*, where a member of staff can help you complete your request.
