How do I make a one off transfer?

• Mobile Banking

  Log in to Mobile Banking and click on 'Pay & Transfer' from the menu and then choose ‘Make a one off payment’.

  Follow the on screen instructions to complete the payment. 

  Note: You will need to pair your device before you can make one off payments up to £1000 per day.

• Online Banking

  Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Pay & Transfer' from the top of the screen and then choose the type of transfer you wish to make from the available options.

  Follow the on screen instructions to complete the payment.

  For added security you will need your card reader to make third party transfers to accounts which have not already been set up on your profile.

• Visit a branch

  Drop in to any AIB branch, during opening hours*, where a member of staff will assist you with completing your request.

  Note: You will need the IBAN and BIC or your sort code and account number for the account to which you wish to make a one-off transfer.

  Please note, if the payment needs to reach the beneficiary account on the same day, there will be daily cut-off times for the payment to be processed.  Please contact a customer service adviser for further details on cut-off times on 0345 600 9525† between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
