How do I transfer between my own or to other accounts?

Mobile Banking
Log in to Mobile Banking and select ‘Pay & Transfer’ from the options. Select ‘Between my accounts’ to transfer between your own accounts. Select ‘To another UK account’ to transfer to another UK account.
Note: You can only transfer to accounts you have already set up on your Online Banking profile.
You can download the AIB (NI) Mobile Banking app from the Google PlayTM or Apple App store.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Pay & Transfer' from the top of the screen, then choose the type of transfer you wish to make from the available options.
Follow the on screen instructions to complete the payment.
Note: You will need your card reader if setting up a new account or making a one off transfer.

Phoneline Banking
You can transfer between your own accounts or to another account by calling 0345 793 0000† and logging in to Phoneline Banking.
Press 2 for Pay a Bill or Transfer Money, then option 2 for transfer money and follow the prompts to complete your request.Note: When using Phoneline Banking, you can only transfer to accounts which you have already set up on your Online Banking profile.

Visit a branch
Drop in to any AIB Branch, during opening hours*, where a member of staff will assist you with completing your request.
Note: You will need the IBAN and BIC or NSC and account number for the account to which you wish to transfer funds.
