      How to apply for a Personal Loan- Existing AIB (NI) Customer

      1. You must be an existing personal current account customer who is registered for Online Services. Sole applicants only.
      2. Apply Online or via your AIB (NI) Mobile Banking app, your application should take approx. 10 minutes.
      3. To find out the decision simply log back into Online or via your AIB (NI) Mobile Banking app.

      When you apply for a Personal Loan, we will carry out a credit check with Equifax, a licenced Credit Reference Agency (CRA). This check includes information such as how you operate your account and any existing overdrafts or borrowings.
