You should only use this form if you want to make a complaint. If you just have a query or need an issue resolved, you can contact us in a number of ways.
For security, we strongly advise that you do not send account information by email or include it within this form. We may on occasion send you emails but we will never ask customers to enter their Online Banking login details, card reader codes or personal information. If you have received an email that appears to be from us, but you believe it to be fraudulent, please contact us.
