Autism Friendly Branches

AIB are proud to be branded as Autism Friendly across all of our NI branch locations.

Here are the supports available:

All branch staff have completed specific Autism training.

A quiet space is available in all our NI branches.

Each branch has a Sensory Kit with tools such as ear defenders, handheld sensory mats and stress balls, available on request.

An AIB visual guide is available to help customers prepare for a branch visit. You can view this document by visiting: Visual Guide (PDF, 12 Pages, 1,007 KB)

More detail on our ongoing commitment is available in our Charter of Inclusion. To access this visit Charter of Inclusion (PDF, 2 pages, 21KB).

By taking these steps, we aim to ensure that all our branches provide a welcoming environment where autistic people and their families can feel valued and supported.
